The 26-acre property includes eight villas, each with an area of over 300 m², an immersive park, and an administrative and utility complex (AUC) of 350 m², housing a gym, restaurant, and technical facilities, creating a full-service experience for guests. The vertical layout prioritizes environmental conservation, incorporating solar panels and biotechnology for wastewater treatment.

We have embarked on our construction journey with great enthusiasm. So far, we are in the proactive stage of construction for the first five villas, each featuring private pools. Construction on the next two villas is underway, and we have acquired adjacent land to expand the project. This expansion will include the development of an immersive park.
